Hi Guys, I'm up here in MI and belong to a truck club in the metro-Detroit area called Oaktown Trucks. Figured this was as good a place as any to post a few pics. We've been working on it for most of the winter. Plans are to have it rolling by May 20th (Our car/truck show date). Details: 1991 GMC S15 Jimmy 4-door 2wd Rebuilt 350sb w/ Weiand dual plane and Demon 625 Carb, Aluminum Be-Cool radiator flush mounted in core support Removed A/C and ABS 4/5 BellTech static drop (for now) 18/20 Eagle Alloys Shaved roof rack, handles, emblems, tails, tailgate lock, brake lights, and antenna custom flushie led tails and amber side markers (in front of front door on fender) Modified Syclone grille Painted smoothie bumper Everything will be sprayed Midnight Grey Metallic once it's done That's about it for now. It's been a busy winter but we're real close to being done with the tear-down. Now it's time to build. Thanks to Doug for help with the Custom Classic pieces. If you want to see more pics go to www.cardomain.com/ride/793100/Show details are here: www.oaktowntrucks.com/carshow.htmlAnd our club forum is here: www.oaktowntrucks.com/oaktownbb/index.php. Feel free to join and introduce yourselves. There's usually a lot going on in there if we're all not out working on our rides. ;D

WOW has it been a long time since I've posted updates here. We're finally getting ready to do the flushy tails I got from Doug so I figured I'd post some of the latest and greatest pics. Doors in primer You can see the paint color on the firewall I did decide to bag it Full lift Face down Azz down Layed out Sheetmetal work over the 4-link Engine/Trans is completly installed Fender flushies Getting ready for flush mount tails So anyways, that's the highlights. I usually put updates on S10Forum: www.s10forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=257410 but even that is kinda screwed up from their server crash. I'll be sure to post more pics of things once we get the lights completed.
