looks bad ass man. You need any finish welding done you can throw it on the trailer and drag it over here if you want..

Its actually welded realy good all around the frame horns and the few 2" strips on the front and back of the crossmember. Its probably plenty good but I might have you finish it up sometime. I will be able to drive it no problem how it is now though.

Looks good...
Just an idea... it might be easier to swap to an FJ60 steerng box since it is a forward facing arm... plus like the IFS box it can be tapped for hydro assist later on.

I already have 2 IFS boxes and 1 has a flat pitman arm so I should be able to rotate it slightly also and put it right up close the the bottom of the frame. Moving 2 inches forward will be perfect too.

If you buy them new they are alittle much... I just bought a really nice used one with 35k original miles on it. The IFS boxes are nice when setup right.

We needed a new welder at my work so I just ordered a Millermatic 252 today. Should get it at our shop tomorrow. I will have to test it out on my 4runner!
