hey guys i got acouple ??'s i hope you can help with.
1.i just got a sd.com front shock relocation kit,and 1991 nissan hardbody front shocks. QUESTION?? the bolt that came with the relocation kit, for the bottom of the shock to the control arm, is to big to fit in the sleeve of the shock.is there something i can do to expand the size of the sleeve?
2. now that i got everything for the rear susp. finished up. I picked up some 16 gauge sheet metal and 1x1 steel tubing.i am looking for some tips or guide to creating a notch cover/floor with a hinge to open for maintance?

Is it the standard shock bolt that SD provides with all there shocks?
When you say sleeve, are you talking about the metal sleve inside the rubber bushing?
If its a yes to both of these.... remove the metal sleeve out of the rubber bushing and push the bolt in.
If no to the second.... I need a pic...LOL

easiest thing I found is to knock the sleeve out with a C-Clamp and a socket, then use the same C-Clamp to sandwich the shock mounting bolt into the rubber bushing

yea i used a vise to do that but holy hell was that hard to do
