We are planning on moving the cab back 1/2 to 3/4 whichever looks best for the tire fitment.
With the frame.... there is going to be a slight Z to the frame right at the firewall down to the new rails. By changing that angle, and taking alittle out of the body mounts themself, there should be no floorboard work except the tranny tunel and gastanl work.....
I'm trying to get frank to let me go ahead and DOOR the truck but he keep complaining about headroom?

It takes too much out of the bodyline and the general body proportions when you straightline the body line and go against the normal curvature... now, first gens look damn sexy (but then again, I guess Spongebob is sexy with his boxiness too )

Thats the one reason im not going to the doors is because it doesnt look right for some reason on a 2nd gen. A square body 1st gen doored is def the shit! We may go past the rocker just a tad bit more. I know ryan and I were thinking of rolling the rockers flat so it sits a little more even. I guess I can just drag them flat on the pavement to get what im trying to achieve as well...LOL!!

Spongebob and Patrick rock... what's even funnier, is that the single guy knows exactly who Spongebob and Patrick are My boy is starting to learn pinstripping. Been working with him slowly. By show season, he should put some adult pinstripers to shame... he is talented. And get some more pictures up. I wanna see some progress.

Got some progress done this weekend. All the front suspension has been removed. The driveshaft has been removed completely from the tranny. All the fuel lines that run on top of the frame have been removed and stored properly. Only thing left on the frame is the engine. Once its removed we can get to the frame much easier and clean the entire thing.
Ryan if you feel motivated this week to remove the engine then let me know bro. Im down to work on it for a couple of hours or whatever. I will get the box tubing for this thing here soon so we can work on it this weekend.

Updates on what got done today. Got the engine out today and set on the workbench out of the way. The frame is inside the garage now and leveled out. Ryan found spects on a stock ex cab s10 so we can measure out what we got and have a nice blue print to go off of the original frame spects. Really trying to stay as organised on this project as possible so everything goes smooth. Going to get some measurements tomorrow and start cutting out the stock frame rails next week and run the 2x3 box tubing hopefully soon Here are some picts.... Ryan started to make this BD welding cart for his TIG setup as well...hahaha!! Its cool looking.... Here are the stock spects of an ex cab second gen s10. If anyone wants the PDF file for any future projects just hit ryan up. These prints are the shit!!

The rear section is going to look killer bro! I will get some more metal for us this week. Holla at me when you want me to come over. Did you line up the front clip to the frame by yourself? When I left last night we had some small issues with it...oh well.
