What year/model buicks have the suicide hood hinges? Looking to get some but wanna make sure its the right hinges.

Mid to late 80's. I know for sure 87. If you go to a junk yard and find one where the hood opens backwards you got the right one.  |

It is a one piece hinge so it is about 5 feet long. Shipping would cost alot to get it online. I got mine at a junkyard for $10 but I checked at the dealer and they were still available then (6 years ago) for $70.

Frank, Hit up Butler's overthere off of Fairfield and Hollywood.... They had a few cars in there about a month ago.... Don't ask at the counter just go look for it....  .... They will be in the section of cars to the right when you walk out the back door.... |

mid 80 lesabres have them... I picked up 3 my last trip to u-pull down home. They sold quickly, but I'll check with the guys I sold them to (they haven't done a thing with them)
