Well, as I was coming home from work, on 6-6-06, I hit a pothole and then all of a sudden my stereo went out. The dash was still on with the time and I can see the synthesizer movie to the music as it usually does, except nothing was coming out of my speakers. When I got home, I opened my door, and the lid to my fuse panel just fell out. I checked each fuse in their individually, and they all appear to work. I took apart the dash, to see if just maybe ALL the wires to the speakers might of got disconnected, but no dice. (just fyi, all 4 front speakers are connected via headunit, not amp, yet. ) They all were connected. Now the only thing I hear is my sub(rca connected) , and it sounds bad without any tunes. So If anyone knows which fuse, if even a fuse, might of blown, that would be appreciated. Im up to try any idea that seems logical. Thanks in advance.

recheck all of your speaker connections at the speakers... check the wire harness where your HU goes into factory harness. You said you have a synthesizer, I am guessing external to the HU??? if so, check there. I would guess that something has happened with the synthesizer. See if the synthesizer has a fuse in the back (some do) check that fuse, even if it looks good, replace it. Check all connections from HU to synthesizer...

If you have not run down the problem before Friday, let me know. If you are willing to take a drive into the IL side, I'd be more than happy to look at it and get you set up...
