Anyone in SIC with a Blowthrough setup?

I've been doing my research and pretty much have the sealing figured out.

I have built several SPL and SQ systems in the past, so box design won't be a problem.

Anybody have any experience with these types of systems and is there anything I should avoid/do. Tips or pointers?

Also, pics are always a plus.

Well this is a box I built for a friend back in high school. It held 2 10"s, 2 12"s, and 1 15". I know it isnt up to the standard of you kids these days but it gives you an idea(Check out the particle board and splatter paint D). We cut out the wall and just used the accordian boot stuff to fill in the gap. The only thing I would have done different would be to make the box stick through the port and end it in the cab instead of just pushing the box up to the bed wall. This would ensure all the sound gets into the cab without any leaks.

yeah, Mr. Blue and I spoke a bit about blow throughs, I have some really good ideas now...

Paul, whatdayamean you kids, hell I'm a 33 yr old kid then.. he he. I hear you on pushing the box through the cab wall... my ideas include having my subs entirely on the inside of the cab, even though the majority of the sub's displacement and air volume will be within the bed...
