how much for the engine then? is it complete? does it run

Yea, it's complete minus a carb...all I remember about it is that it's bored .040" and it has pretty low miles on the rebuild...maybe Doug can post more info if he remembers anything about it, lol

Bret..the motor is a mid-70's 4-bolt main. is's been taken .040 over and has 30-40k on it since the rebuild. We got it from a good friend of mine, I know the history on it and it's a good motor. It does need valve guide seals just because it's been sitting for a long time and it would be a good idea...And I've got a tranny here to if you want...a good shifting th350 just betging for a shift kit  |

well how much?  i want to get the 350 and what not, but liz wants me to get a welder first rather than a V8. so i don't know yet, but how much for it? |

I dunno how much peter wants for it....last I checked I think around 4-500, and I'll throw in the tranny for nothing just to clear some space....

all it needs is a carb? and the seals. i would love to get that from you right now, but i have to see if i get the welder soon or you can to hold onto that engine for me for a little bit. doug, you working saturday?

yea that's all it needs, the rest is in Doug's garage and if there ends up being something missing that you want I'm sure Doug or me's got at least one somewhere in the garage  I'm sure we can hold on to it for a while, I haven't tried too hard to sell it yet |

cool, might head out there, might not, i guess you and jason talked about bending the tube? we might come by and get that bent if we can, its kinda up to jason, we were expecting everything by today or tomorrow, but he has one package that will be here by saturday, and one that will be here on monday, and we need both, so now we need to find something to work on for that truck.

sorry i wasn't able to make it guys, i wanted to see the mazda, and we also could have looked to see what type of brackets need to be made/ordered for the shocks. but, its a good thing we didn't come over, the front bags took us longer than we thought, not that we were working real fast, but it was just little things we had to keep doing that took us a while.
