Looks like the tube bender is coming along nicely for this project. The wishbone mount and the x member that its going to get mounted on...you should go crazy with it! Cut the bed out and do something nasty like web it out or something. I can see the rear x member on there as well for the bags. Is that where your going to mount the bags? Are you going to have a lever setup going to the axle as well bro? Looks cool as hell. You really have to fuck with mazda's to get everything to fit huh?? LOL!!!

There will be some cool tubing up front I'm sure, Doug's got some shit in his head he won't share. But no crazy webs, I hate those makes it all look crowded. That rear crossmember is to mount the lift bars and compressors to. And it's not too hard getting everything to fit back there. We just took out the gas tank to make the new tank crossmember to mount the wishbone to and raise the tank like 2 inches so I don't drag a hole in it. It should all turn out pretty killer.

You know, I've come to the conclusion no one cares about our work. I don't think we need to post anymore pics from now on. Besides here that is.

oh i will, once i get some free time to come over, but when i come over, i will show you how to weld, and you can show me a few tricks, while putting on the new shock mounts, also, do you know how much travel those rear shocks get? so you making your own 4 link ends now when you are gonna be doing customer vehicles? or have you always? you just using a tube and then just a regular bolt to weld onto the tube?

the "bolt" is a grade 8, 3/4-16 stud cut for the end links that I get from one of my wholesalers. This is the first time I've needed to make a threaded rod end. Typically, I prefer to buy them, as it saves alot of time on my end, but they were out of the big retarded ones for this particular setup, so I opted to build them.. Off the top of my head, no, I dont remember how much travel the rear shocks get...I'll hafta get ahold of my PO and lookup the part number, then I can let you know btw...I fullly recognize that my tig work needs a bit of practice...dont forget that it's been almost 10 years since I did any tig'ing, and I dont get to do it every day in school
