I suppose it's personal preferance high or low .But I can't see the point of spending your hard earned bucks on 4x4 then turning it into something that you can't even climb a curb with . So com'on people enlighten me

each to his own I guess. I was never a big fan of dumping 4x's either. I guess if you're a lowrider at heart, and you're stuck with a 4x4..you do what you gotta do to get it down to earth....

I dont know why either spend the money on 4x4's and drop them. A lot of people also will tell you that slammed duallies are bad to. I like how they look but I wouldnt slam one unless im rich. But you also have to think some people may have bought a used 4x4 for an awesome price and they love lowered trucks so they drop it.

We had a guy around here back in the 80's who used a wlly's jeep as a dragster , a blown 454 chev in front and the 4x4 still hooked up. one day he decided to try a 4 wheel burn-out first time on street rubber, which was an interesting experience. the second time on racing rubber(slicks) .the end result of the second go was three track marshalls needed to change their underwear and the jeep needed a total rebuild as it just about shook itself to bits along with the driver, a guy named Allen Chadwick . so I.m not sure if putting power to ground on all 4's is really a good idea

Hmm...laying down power and trying to do a burnout on 4 drag slicks is a little different hehe
