Well I discovered one of my rear slam bags was bubbling and leaking so I wrote an email to them. Told them I bought them over 2 years ago and they said they would replace it free. Got a new one in the mail 2 days later and it had a return postage for my old one. Simple and very helpful. I love Slam Specialties!
