looks good, how long did it take to do the tweeding on the doors? where did you guys get the tweed?

The doors didn't take that long at all, maybe 10-15 mins. each side. I bought the tweed at www.yourautotrim.com

did you make that peice thats goes from the one corner at the top to the lower part of the door? or was that part of the stock panel?

None of those pieces are the stock panel. I just used the original to get the shape and hole locations for the handles.

so did you make a whole new panel then? like trace the shape of the stock panels onto some 1/4" mdf?

I traced the original door panel onto some 1/8" masonite and used that. Then I added the 2 other panels to give it some depth since it's so flat and boring, lol. The original door panels had water damage and were flimsy so I didn't reuse them.
