Yup got the resin on there and a layer of glass was put on about an hour ago. Hey...you can do a lot of cool shit with a hammer and cutoff tool! HAHA!! Well its nice to have help here...im not scared to do something as long as someone can give a good hand and I have the proper tools for the right job. But I will post some picts later on tonight on how it looks....it looks tight as hell and cant wait to get this done. It looks so cool Im even thinking of painting it rather than Hiding it away...

OK well its been a while since I updated this thread but here is what I have done so far. I got my last layer of glass on there and called it good. I added some fiber filler on the top portion of the panel to smooth it out really well and give some stregth to the fiberglass. Im thinking of either adding the lightweight filler on the top to kinda give it that last smooth surface and call it good. I may add foam on top of both these layers so when I wrap the tweed on the panel it flows really well. Please tell me what you think and be honest...but not rude or I will break your knee caps..

Ok well got the orbital sander to it and smoothed it out really good. Here are some picts of it...yeah it does look weird and all but it actually its fiarly smooth. Question....i sanded down the filler and could start seeing the fiberglass. Is it ok to see that? Cause....I could see the blue fleece but I think the fiberglass mat I used was thin so you can see through it....hmm...I dont know.

Also...any ideas on how to get the top piece near the panel to flow better with it? You think I should add filler to it and have it slope down to make it flow to the top part better?

I know the headrest foam looks rough and the tape will not stay there. I just used it to hold the cardboard on there for show. I added some stuff called "Great Stuff" which is a spray foam that people use for insulation and stuff. I took it and filled the hole area and then cut the top of the foam to where it was not flush but a little higher. I took 60 grit all the way accross the top and made sure it was not high in any areas. My covers have a thick foam in it anyway so any small areas that may stick up will be pushed down with the cover and will look awesome. Im so pissed I decided to have headrests...lol...no headrests are badass and look sharp. More to follow. Ryan..I may have to help someone move on sat. I may have time on sunday to come over so give me a call man.
