ahaha Doug and I saw that ad a couple weeks ago. You should try to find yourself a newer minitruck before you do something really stupid...like buy a Honda Element. Maybe try to find that Pathfinder you want, then you could drive it for awhile, then buy something else when you're ready to build it. |

god that wagon is pimp as shit, I can't believe it hasn't sold yet..
If you're looking for something family friendly to bag, 4-door blazers are good, the caprice wagons are bad ass on the ground, the 4-door frontiers or tacomas, or even an ext. cab short bed FSC....all are pretty easy to work with as far as suspension, and fit the car seats...

Whatever I get I'm not going to piss around with it like my dually. It needs bags and a huge stereo right away. I think I can fit 12 12's in a pathfinder and still keep the rear seat.

I wonder if I can throw a S10 front clip on a pathfinder and then it would be a easy bag job and I could keep a sway bar plus they make the LS1 mounts for the S10 frame.

If you want 5 lug, it might be easier to get some Toyota arms/spindles/hubs from a junkyard. With some stiff bags like Slams and some nice shocks you may not need a sway bar. The few times I drove my Mazda it cornered amazingly nice, and it didn't even have shocks yet. It may be a little different in a Pathfinder though with the extra weight. |
